When am I charged?

The first order is charged at checkout. Every order after that is charged on the renewal date shown in your account, using the card you saved when you set the subscription up.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes — a subscription has to be attached to an account so you can pause, skip, change the interval or cancel it yourself. It is set up in the same checkout.

Can I change the delivery date?

Yes. Move the next delivery forward or back from Account → Subscriptions; the interval carries on from the new date.

Do discount codes work on subscriptions?

No. Promotion codes cannot be combined with subscription items at checkout — any subscription pricing is applied automatically instead.

What if I want to change what is in it?

Cancel the one you no longer want and set up the replacement from its product page. Both take a minute and neither affects anything already shipped.
