Skincare refined by repetition, not reinvention.

Tokyo Hacks [東京ハック] is not elaborate. It is a short range, made for people whose lives already ask enough of them — screens, late finishes, long commutes, not quite enough sleep. There is no ten-step ritual here and no candle-lit bathroom. There is a sequence that works, and the discipline to keep improving it rather than replacing it.

01
Refined, not reinvented
Kaizen is the practice of small, deliberate improvement — the principle that nothing is ever finished, only better than it was. It is how we work. Formulas are revised batch by batch rather than relaunched under a new name, and nothing ships because it is new. It ships because it outperformed the version before it, and because we can say exactly how.

We begin where Japanese skincare has always begun — tremella, camellia, green tea, tsubaki oil, rice — and build around them only what a formula genuinely needs. The camellia family alone runs through three of our four products. These are not heritage decorations. They are here because they still outperform most of what has been invented since.

Vegan, and never tested on animals
Every formula is vegan and cruelty-free — not as a campaign, but as a constraint we set at the start and have never had to work around. Nothing in the range needs an animal to exist, and nothing has been tested on one. It is one of the few decisions here that was easy.
